A knowledgeable client still got cheated in the end.

Not because he wasn't careful enough — but because in this industry, the pitfalls are just too hidden.

One of our clients did five months of homework before coming to China. After he arrived, he personally visited over ten suppliers. He compared prices, drawings, and samples. Full of confidence, he thought he could make the right judgment.

In the end, he chose the one with the lowest price.

And then?

The equipment arrived — wrong sizes. No one handled the installation. Problems came up, and no one answered the phone. After a while of use, he discovered the wooden panels were hollow inside.

Money spent, time wasted, freight paid — all for endless after-sales issues. After more than a year of back-and-forth, the playground still couldn't generate any real profit, barely managing daily operations.

Later, he told me:

"I thought I knew a lot. Turns out I only understood the drawings."

Looking at drawings and comparing prices won't help you find a good supplier. What really matters are these three things:

1.Factory quality — raw materials, finished samples, worker experience, management systems. None can be missing.

2.Real cases
 — projects that have been operating for nearly two years. Time is the real test of quality.

3.The boss's mindset
 — does he shift blame, or take responsibility to solve problems for his customers?
